Heath Fahle is the Special Director for Federal Funds in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office for Administration and Finance (better known as “A&F”). In this role, he leads the Federal Funds Office, a 12-member team aimed at maximizing the federal revenue available to state and local governments to respond and recover from the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to Heath’s current role, he has served as the Finance Director and Budget Analyst at A&F, Policy Director at the Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation, and a variety of other professional roles. He received a Master of Public Administration degree with a Graduate Certificate in Public Finance from the University of Connecticut. Heath, his wife, and four children live in Scituate, Massachusetts.
