Ivonne Gonzalez joined the Bureau of Special Investigations in June 2018 as a Fraud Examiner. In 2019, Ivonne was promoted to Senior Fraud Examiner and most recently to Supervising Fraud Examiner. Ivonne graduated from Westfield State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Management from Bay Path University. Before joining BSI, Ivonne worked for Greater Springfield Senior Services as an Elder Abuse Investigator. Ivonne lives in Springfield with her fiancé, mom, and dog Bruno. In her spare time, Ivonne enjoys gardening, making jewelry, and spending time with family and friends.
