Bill Bowles worked for Raytheon Company for 22 years, all of which were in Quality Assurance performing and managing audits. He became certified as a Six Sigma Specialist. In 2011, he joined the Office of State Auditor as a Quality Assurance Specialist, responsible for reviewing audits for compliance with standards. Currently, he is an Audit Supervisor, and conducts performance audits on state agencies. Bill is certified as a CQA by the American Society of Quality, and is certified as a CGAP from the Institute of Internal Auditors. He is also certified as a CFS from the Association of Certified Fraud Specialists.
