David Churbuck joined Sitrick and Company after a 30-year career in magazine and newspaper journalism, and a ten-year career leading digital marketing and public relations at Lenovo and Acquia.

Mr. Churbuck founded Forbes.com in 1995 and was the site’s Editor during the New Republic fraud scandal chronicled in the film Shattered Glass. Before launching Forbes.com he was Forbes’ senior technology editor, where he won awards for his cover story about digital forgery, and the first national coverage of the Internet. In 2000 he joined McKinsey & Company as the management consulting firm’s first Chief Content Officer.

Mr. Churbuck was VP of Global Digital Marketing at Lenovo from 2005 through 2010, winning awards for his athlete blogging campaign – Voice of the Summer Games — during the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics.

He was a founding partner of Eastman Advisors, a digital strategy firm advising clients in the entertainment, art, and luxury goods markets on their ecommerce, social media, and digital marketing strategies.

Prior to joining Sitrick and Company, he was the VP of Corporate Marketing at Acquia, a Boston-based SAAS provider of open source content management solutions to Global 2000 clients. At Acquia he was responsible for public relations, crisis communications, brand management and executive communications and thought leadership.

A native of Cape Cod, Mr. Churbuck was a Scholar of the House at Yale University. A former rower, he is the author of The Book of Rowing and his writing has earned awards from the National Association of Science Writers, the Computer Press Associations among others.

Before joining BerryDunn, Ms. Williams served as one of the City of Atlanta's first Independent Procurement Review Officers responsible for identifying and reducing fraud, waste, and abuse in the procurement system. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Association of Local Government Auditors (ALGA). During her time at the City of Atlanta, she served as the planning chair for the first Atlanta Regional Training on behalf of ALGA and the City Auditor’s Office.

Glenn A. Cunha is the retired Massachusetts Inspector General.  In 2012, he was appointed to his first five-year term and completed his second term in August 2022. During his tenure, the office doubled in size and fulfilled legislative mandates to create specialized units charged with overseeing areas of state government including transportation funding, benefit programs in health and human services, and overtime at the State Police.  For over 35 years, Cunha has worked in the public and private sectors, building complex investigations, prosecuting cases in court and preventing and detecting fraud in many areas, including insurance, public benefits, charities and fraud by public officials. Prior to his appointment as IG, Cunha worked in the Attorney General’s office, where he served as the Managing Attorney of the Criminal Bureau overseeing eight divisions and supervising investigations and prosecutions relative to financial fraud, probation, lottery, fraudulently produced MBTA passes, human trafficking, child pornography and a case of complex fraud by a charity. Prior to this, Cunha worked in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney. He prosecuted serious cases, trying numerous Superior Court jury trials, from violent assaults involving children to firearm possession and drug distribution. Cunha’s experience also includes serving as the Deputy Chief of the Child Abuse Unit and as an Assistant District Attorney in Norfolk County.

Cunha holds a B.A. in Economics from Boston College, an M.B.A. from Bentley University Graduate School of Management and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Cunha earned his Certified Inspector General (CIG) credential from the Association of Inspectors General in 2016.  He became a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) in 2018. Currently, Cunha is serving as a Special Prosecutor for the Suffolk County District Attorney and an Adjunct Law Professor at Boston College Law School.

Tyler Will is a Data Analytics Senior Fraud Examiner in the Massachusetts Office of the State Auditor’s Bureau of Special Investigations, which investigates allegations of public benefits fraud. His role centers on data mining and visualization, optical character recognition, as well as collaborating with an array of public and private sector partners to evaluate evidence of public benefits fraud. In spring 2022, he delivered the Bureau’s first cryptocurrency records request.

Mr. Will holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of New Hampshire, where his research leveraged microeconometric methods to analyze incentives for individuals to apply for Social Security disability benefits. Before joining BSI in 2018, he supported web site and mobile phone app development as a data analyst and analytics implementation specialist in the ecommerce, pharmaceutical, and insurance industries. He is a member of the Boston Blockchain Association.
